Your business,
minus the busywork.
AI Jedi builds, runs, and monitors AI employees inside your business — on the software you already pay for. Your team messages them like staff. We handle everything behind the glass.
It works inside the systems you already run
No migration, no rip-and-replace. Your agent signs in to your stack with permissions you grant — and can revoke in a click.
…and roughly a thousand more through our integration layer.
Not a chatbot. An employee that finishes the job.
Most AI gives you a draft and stops. An AI Jedi agent works the task all the way to done — and shows you the receipt.
Work that closes the loop
It doesn't just draft the reminder — it sends it, watches for the reply, rebooks the cancellation into the open slot, and logs what it recovered. The task is finished when the outcome happens, not when the text is written.
Deployed for you,
not by you
No prompts to write, no tools to wire, no IT project. We build it, run it on infrastructure we manage, and keep tuning it every week.
Fits how your office already talks
Slack, Teams, email, text, or a private chat window. If your team can send a message, they can direct the agent — no new software to learn.
Nothing sensitive moves without a human yes
Outbound mail, payments, deletions — every consequential action stops at an approval gate, and every action lands in an audit log you can read.
You should never wonder what it did
Every Friday, a plain-English accounting of the work: tasks completed, hours given back, dollars recovered. No dashboards to interpret. If the math stops working, you'll see it first.
Live in days, not quarters
The reason enterprise AI stalls is that someone inside the business has to build it. Here, nobody does. This is the whole ask of your team.
We watch a week
One 45-minute call, then we shadow the actual work — the reminders, the chases, the re-keying — and write your agent's job description from it.
Day 1–2We build and connect
Your agent is deployed on its own isolated machine and connected to your calendar, inbox, books, and industry systems with permissions you grant.
Day 3–5It runs supervised
Two weeks of real work with every outbound action gated. You approve, we tune, mistakes get caught before they leave the building.
Week 2–3You get the ledger
Gates loosen on the routine work, stay locked on the sensitive. Every Friday the ledger lands and we keep sharpening it.
OngoingThe agent asks before it acts
Autonomy is only worth having if you can bound it. Consequential actions stop and wait; everything else is written down where you can check it.
Send treatment-plan follow-up to 11 patients? Drafted from Thursday's chart notes. Nothing has left the office.
Audit log
Every action, every attempt, timestamped and yours to read.
Priced like a hire, not a platform
Deployment, monitoring, and weekly tuning are included at every tier — that's the whole point. Month to month; annual saves 10%.

Trusted with the work, not just the words
An agent with access to your inbox, your calendar, and your books has to be architected for that. Here is exactly how yours is bounded.
One environment, one client
Your agent runs on a machine provisioned for your business alone. No shared infrastructure, no pooled workspace, no other company's data in the same room as yours.
Approval gates on consequence
Outbound email, payments, refunds, deletions and anything touching a client record are held until a human approves. The gate list is yours to set and tighten.
A readable audit trail
Every action, attempt and block is timestamped in plain language — including the things the agent tried and was stopped from doing.
A track for regulated work
Healthcare privacy, financial confidentiality, client privilege: on Enterprise we run a hardened configuration with the agreements to match, and we'll tell you plainly what isn't covered yet.
Access you can revoke
Connections are authorized by you, scoped to what the job needs, and cut off from your own account settings the moment you want them cut off.
Your data stays yours
The work happens in your accounts — your calendar, your books, your inbox. We operate the agent; we don't take custody of your business's records.
Questions offices actually ask
Do we have to install anything or learn how to prompt?
No. The system runs on infrastructure we manage. Your team gets a chat window — in Slack, Teams, email or text — and talks to the agent the way they'd talk to a new hire. If you can send a message, you can direct it.
What happens when it gets something wrong?
Consequential actions never fire on their own — they wait for a human yes. Everything else is logged and reviewable, and the weekly ledger surfaces what happened, including the misses. When something is wrong, we retune the agent that week; that's included, not billed.
How long until it's actually doing work?
Starter offices are typically live within a few days. Pro runs a supervised two-week pilot on your real workflows before gates loosen. Enterprise gets a white-glove onboarding week and a phased rollout across locations.
Where does our data go?
The work happens inside your own accounts. Your agent runs in an environment dedicated to your business and connects through authorizations you grant and can revoke. We don't pool your data with other clients or use it to train anything.
Can it work in a regulated environment?
On the Enterprise track we run a hardened configuration and put the necessary agreements in place before any protected information is touched. Until that chain is signed, we configure the agent to work around regulated data rather than through it — and we'll say so plainly rather than paper over it.
Are we locked into a contract?
Month to month, with 10% off for an annual commitment. The renewal is meant to be earned by the ledger. If the value isn't there, the ledger will show it before we do.
